Join us Sunday, March 6th for a morning filled with inspiring speakers. This is one of the key training events of the year. All new members, members, sustainers, family and friends are encouraged to join us for our JLT University Spring Conference!

JLT Members: Please sign-up in Digital Cheetah no later than Tuesday, March 1st.

Training is excited to announce our two speakers for the JLT University Spring Conference. Romi Wittman will be our Leadership speaker and Ronnie Mullins will be our Life speaker. In continuing with our three pillars for training this year, the League portion of the Training will be an informal lunch at Zin Burger where members can reflect on the morning and continue mingling.

One of the most important things as a leader or team member is not everyone views things in the way that you do. The concept sounds very simple, but is actually pretty hard to master in practice. Romi will discuss leadership through reframing and creating effective work teams and good morale.

Our second speaker will introduce Mindfulness Meditation. Meditation is becoming more and more popular in leadership and personal development and Ronnie will provide practical tips to help incorporate into our daily lives.

We look forward to a great morning devoted to developing the potential of women to inspire personal and professional growth!

Ronnie Mullins

Ronnie Mullins discovered meditation and yoga about fifteen years ago and at first had trouble sitting still, and being in silence. Fifteen years later the quiet stillness is her favorite part. Life is busy, intense and at times just crazy, meditation and yoga help her to slow down and stay focused on what’s really important to her.  Ronnie is a certified meditation and yoga instructor through the meditation Practice Institute and the Yoga Connection. She has been teaching for eight years.
