Will any requirements be met by attending?
You will receive one training credit for attending the education portions of the conference.

How do I register?
Easy! Just go to our member’s landing page and you will find at the top under News and Reminders “Register for Southwest Exchange: Sign up for the whole thing or just the parts you want to attend.” Click on this and you will be transferred to the registration options. Please follow each step in the process!

What if I can’t attend the entire thing or just want to attend parts?
Want to just attend the education parts? Or just want to hear the mariachis on Friday night? Maybe line dancing is your thing and the Jamboree is right up your ally. We got all those problems solved! Purchase your tickets to just attend the conference or two-step the night away on this registration page. You can also attend only the Friday night welcome reception. If you are attending the conference Friday night is included – so don’t forget to buy your Jamboree tickets – because this night is not to be missed!

Will there be scholarship options?
Yes! There will be a small number of scholarships available. Please reach out to your placement advisor to obtain the application.

Can I stay at the Westin for the conference?
Yes, you can! The conference has a block of room reserved at a discounted price of $149.00 + State & Local Tax. Make it a girl’s getaway and book a room with your League friends! Please click here to reserve your room. Deadline for room reservation is August 22^nd.

Where can I find descriptions of the session breakouts and who is speaking?
Right here on our League’s website! On the right side of the top navigation bar click “Southwest Exchange”.  The schedule of events is listed with a link to descriptions. Once you register for the conference you will also be invited to join a closed Facebook group which will have updated information as well.
